LSP Construction improving the lives of employees
LSP Construction offers an employee development program that provides educational classes and training to the workforce, including on-site training.
We offer mentorship, skills development and coaching to employees so they succeed in whatever assignment presented to them. The LSP Training Centre also provides the unemployed and previously disadvantaged with an opportunity to acquire marketable trade skills.
We provide relevant education and training to both pre-service and in-service construction trainees with a view to producing construction professionals who possess knowledge, skills and attitudes that will enable them to confidently address the ever-changing demands and challenges of the Basotho nation as well as to enhance excellence in the tasks executed. We will ensure the longevity of the Company in all areas including timelines, attention to detail and a service-minded attitude and will maintain the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, honesty and fairness in all our endeavors.
To date we have trained 479 people in the Foundation Skills Training and 197 people in Practical training of various trades;
